The PinSoon plastic wrap cutter is a moulded ABS dispenser with an enclosed sliding blade, made for kitchens that cut cling film all shift long. Pull the sheet to length, slide the blade across, and the film tears in a clean straight line instead of bunching up against a cardboard box.
